Copyright
Stories, blog entries and photographs, so in general the content of the blog wegumweg.de are the original works of the author and are subject to Austrian copyright law. The name of the author Lambert Widdersinn is a pseudonym for the person responsible for the blog. The author reserves all rights to the works, unless otherwise stated.
One such exception is the photographs, which are licensed under Creative Commons BY-NC 4.0 . The photographs may be reproduced, distributed and modified for non-commercial use if the appropriate credit to the author is given. The attribution should at least include the author, either Lambert Widdersinn or the blog name, and the licence - for example in the form: Lambert Widdersinn CC BY-NC 4.0. In the case of commercial use, however, all rights remain with the author.
Quoting text passages is expressly permitted and falls under fair use. However, please cite the author, the title of the text, the name of the blog and a link to the text. For example: Widdersinn, Lambert. “Ybbser Panoramarunde,” Path by Path. https://www.wegumweg.de/tagestouren/ybbs-ybbser-panoramarunde/ .
In case of deviating use of the content, especially of a commercial nature, please contact me via the contact form or write me on the listed social media channels.
The blog also includes quotes and images from external sources. If such an integration takes place, this is emphasised separately and the creators of these works are acknowledged. The author of the blog makes no copyright claims to these works.
Licences
The following section provides an overview on the creation of the blog. Which programmes, fonts and symbols are used. Their licences are also listed, if available.
Blog
The blog is created by the framework Hugo (licence ). The design and layout of the blog is based on the Hugo theme Blowfish (licence ). This theme was modified by me for the requirements of the blog.
Writing
The blog articles are written in Markdown . These files are then converted by Hugo into HTML files for publication on the Internet. Visual Studio Code is used to write the texts. The texts are corrected using the Visual Studio Code extension LTeX (licence ), which checks spelling and grammar with the help of LanguageTool (licence ). Finally, the German texts are translated into English by DeepL , with a few stylistic adjustments of course.
Maps
The maps are integrated using Leaflet (licence ). In addition, the Leaflet plugins for gesture control (licence ) and the display of the GPX track (licence ) are incorporated.
Leaflet calls up map material from OpenStreetMap (licence ).
I use GPX Studio (licence ) to create the GPX tracks. If the GPX files are useful for you, you are also welcome to make a donation to the project.
Fonts
The blog incorporates two fonts: The sans serif font Jost (licence ) is used for the headings and the serif font Lora (licence ) for the body part.
Icons
In addition to the logo for the blog and the avatar icon for Lambert Widdersinn, which were created by the author, two icon packages are also used. The social media icons are from Simple Icon , while all other icons are from the Lucide (licence ) package.
